Our 29-year relationship with UCONN has provided us the opportunity to complete numerous projects throughout all the UCONN Campus locations. So, when UCONN required the installation of the new Central Campus Utility Tunnel at the Main Campus located in Storrs, CT, they turned to All State Construction. The project required the installation of approximately 1,000 ft of 12 foot square pre-cast tunnel complete with chilled water supply and return, high pressure steam and condensate, domestic water, fire protection, and new high voltage electrical distribution. An additional 3,000 feet of direct buried distribution piping was also installed.       The tunnel system ran directly through the center of the main campus. All State maintained efficient and safe student and vehicle traffic accessibility. This six million dollar, six-month project was completed on budget and ahead of schedule.
