For the past eight years All State has performed various projects for UMass. This includes the installation of approximately 1,600 feet of underground utility tunnels. With depths over 18 feet, All State installed the tunnel system, complete with the distribution of high-pressure steam and condensate, chilled water, and electrical throughout the campus. Past UMass projects also include nearly 2,000 feet of direct buried pre-insulated piping system, replacement of the library chillers, as well as many other varied and successful projects.
