With nearly ten years of presence and over 30 million dollars in contracts and services it is apparent that All State has been one of the leading specialty contractors on the Newport Navy Base. Past projects have included the installation of over 6 miles of underground and aboveground utility piping, renovation of a 70,000 square foot enlisted barracks, and a 4.5 million dollar expansion of the Navy Base's Central Power Plant.
